Mathilde Collin

Mathilde co-founded Front in 2013 and led it as CEO for 11 years, growing it from a two-person idea in Paris into a customer operations platform used by thousands of companies and valued at $1.7 billion. She is now Front’s Co-founder and Executive Chair.
Today she is building KORA, an independent non-profit and open-source benchmark that measures how safe AI models are for children and teens. She studied at HEC Paris, went through Y Combinator, and invests in early-stage founders. At Juno she advises on building a product people trust and come back to every day.
