The Best Apps for Fibromyalgia (2026)
Fibromyalgia rarely stays still. A good app helps you see what comes before a bad week, without becoming another chore.

Quick answer
If pain is what you track most, Manage My Pain is built for it, with reports designed for doctors. Bearable suits a custom diary with correlation charts. Juno suits fibro-fog days, because you can just say how you feel and it logs the details. Visible adds heart-rate pacing if fatigue runs your week.
Which fibromyalgia app is best for what?
Fibromyalgia brings pain, fatigue, poor sleep and fibro fog, and they don’t always move together. Pick an app that keeps them separate and doesn’t take much effort on a flare day.
| App | Best for | Platforms | Price (US, Oct 2026) | How you log | Doctor reports | App Store rating (Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Juno | Saying how you feel on fibro-fog days | iPhone, Android | Free plan. Optional Juno Pro (price in the app) | Voice or text; Juno logs pain, fatigue, sleep and fog | One-page summary to email or print | 4.8 (10,000+ ratings) |
| Manage My Pain | Pain-first tracking with reports made for clinicians | iPhone, Android, web | Free, no ads. Insights past 30 days and the Pain Guide cost extra | A pain and activity check-in in under a minute | Reports designed by doctors for doctors | 4.7 (490+ ratings) |
| Bearable | A custom diary with correlation charts | iPhone, Android | Free plan. Premium $6.99 a month or $34.99 a year | Pain level, location and duration, plus factors you choose | Charts you can screenshot; data export | 4.8 (6,400+ ratings) |
| CareClinic | Medicines, sleep and pain in one app | iPhone, Apple Watch, Android, web | Free download. Paid passes sold in the app | Body map for pain, plus medicine, sleep and mood trackers | Documents and exports | 4.2 (2,300+ ratings) |
| Visible | Heart-rate pacing when fatigue runs your week | iPhone, Android | Free app. Membership and band priced at checkout (US and UK only) | Daily check-ins; band for all-day heart rate | Health Report PDF; data export | 4.8 (3,500+ ratings) |

Who is Juno best for?
Best for: People who find forms hard on fibro-fog days and would rather say how they feel, in their own words.
What stands out: You talk or type, for example “my shoulders and hips have burned since lunch and I can’t think straight”, and Juno logs the symptoms on the right day. Our fibromyalgia page lists what Juno tracks: pain location and intensity, fatigue, sleep, brain fog, flare onset and recovery, stress, activity and weather. [6] Juno looks at your entries next to sleep, activity, medicines, weather, temperature and pollen, and it can bring in data from 20+ wearables and health platforms. Before an appointment it turns the last few months into a one-page summary to email or print. [7] See how Juno helps with fibromyalgia.
Things to know: Juno isn’t a treatment, and a pattern it shows you is a clue for your clinician, not a cause. The free plan has a monthly limit on AI chat; the optional Juno Pro plan removes that limit (check the app for the current price in your region). Juno needs an internet connection. [9] It runs on iPhone and Android, and is rated 4.8 from more than 10,000 App Store ratings. [1] [10]
Who is Manage My Pain best for?
Best for: People whose main job is tracking pain, and who want a report built for a pain clinic or rheumatologist.
What stands out: Manage My Pain names fibromyalgia among the conditions it helps with. You reflect on your pain and activity in under a minute, then use graphs to see what makes pain better or worse. Its reports are, in its own words, created by doctors for doctors. [2]
Things to know: The app is free with no ads, but insights and reports are limited to the last 30 days unless you unlock more with an in-app purchase or credits. A subscription adds the Pain Guide, educational content from pain experts. The US App Store lists several subscription tiers, so check the price in the app. [2] It runs on iPhone, Android and the web, and is rated 4.7 from more than 490 ratings. [2] [11] [12]
Who is Bearable best for?
Best for: People who want to rate pain and other symptoms the same way every day and look for what makes them worse.
What stands out: Bearable’s pain tracker records pain levels, where the pain is and how long it lasts, and it lists fibromyalgia among the conditions people use it for. Its charts compare your symptoms with sleep, food, weather, stress and medicines. [3] The free plan includes unlimited custom symptoms with 30-day trend and comparison graphs. [13]
Things to know: Correlation reports and longer report periods need Premium, at $6.99 a month or $34.99 a year. [13] [14] Bearable doesn’t write a summary for you; it suggests screenshots of the reports that matter. [15] It runs on iPhone and Android, and is rated 4.8 from more than 6,400 ratings. [3] [16]
Who is CareClinic best for?
Best for: People juggling several medicines who also want pain, sleep and mood in one app.
What stands out: CareClinic lists fibromyalgia among the conditions it supports. Its symptom tracker has a body map for a pain log and flare-ups, alongside medicine reminders, sleep, mood and a journal. [4]
Things to know: Paid features are sold as in-app passes and subscriptions at several price points, so check the price in the app. There are a lot of modules, and you can switch off the ones you don’t need. It runs on iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and the web, and is rated 4.2 from more than 2,300 ratings. [4] [17] [18]
Who is Visible best for?
Best for: People with fibromyalgia whose biggest problem is fatigue and crashes, and who want heart-rate data to help them pace.
What stands out: Visible says it is designed for people with fibromyalgia, as well as long COVID, ME/CFS, POTS and EDS. [19] The free app measures heart rate and heart rate variability with your phone camera each morning and adds evening symptom check-ins, Trends and a Health Report PDF. A paid membership with the Visible Band 2.0 adds all-day heart rate, heart-rate zones and PacePoints. [20]
Things to know: Membership is only available in the US and the UK, prices are shown at checkout, and membership features need Visible Band 2.0 or Polar Verity Sense. [21] [22] Visible is built around pacing rather than pain logs. It runs on iPhone and Android, and is rated 4.8 from more than 3,500 ratings. [5] [23]
What should you track with fibromyalgia?
The NHS lists widespread pain, increased sensitivity to pain, muscle stiffness, trouble sleeping, fatigue and problems with mental processes, often called fibro fog. [24] Because these don’t always move together, rate them separately rather than as one daily score.
- Pain. Where it is, how strong, and what kind: aching, burning or stabbing.
- Sleep and fatigue. How you slept and how tired you feel, as two separate notes.
- Fibro fog. A quick word on how clearly you can think today.
- What came before a flare. Busy days, stress, poor sleep or weather changes, written down without deciding the cause.
- What it stopped you doing. This is often what a clinician most needs to hear.
For flares, our free flare log gives you one page per flare. For everyday pain, sleep and fibro fog, you can keep a free symptom diary in your browser. To keep it manageable, read how to track symptoms without burnout.
How did we choose these apps?
We picked apps that name fibromyalgia on their own listing or website, have a current US App Store listing, and offer a free plan, free download or free app.
Every fact about another app comes from its own website, help pages or store listing, checked on 6 October 2026. For Juno we used only what our own site says. This compares published features, prices and ratings. It is not a hands-on test of every paid plan, and no app here treats fibromyalgia.
For a wider list, including Guava’s pain body map and medical records, see the best symptom tracker apps for chronic illness. If fatigue and crashes are your main problem, read our ME/CFS and long COVID guide on pacing apps. We also compare Juno with Bearable and Visible in more detail.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best free app for fibromyalgia?
Bearable’s free plan covers unlimited custom symptoms, including pain, with 30-day charts. Juno’s free plan includes voice or text tracking, pacing and doctor reports, with a monthly limit on AI chat. Manage My Pain is free with no ads, though insights and reports beyond 30 days cost extra.
Can an app show what triggers my fibromyalgia flares?
It can show what tends to happen together, which is a useful clue. Bearable’s charts compare your symptoms with sleep, food, weather, stress and medicines. Juno looks at your entries next to sleep, activity, medicines, weather and pollen. Neither proves a cause, so bring repeated patterns to your clinician.
Which fibromyalgia apps make reports for doctors?
Manage My Pain’s reports are designed for clinicians. Juno writes a one-page summary of the last few months. Visible makes a Health Report PDF once you have 30 days of morning check-ins. Bearable suggests screenshots of its charts, and CareClinic has documents and exports.
Do I need a wearable to track fibromyalgia?
No. Short notes about pain, sleep, fatigue and fog are useful on their own. A wearable can add sleep and heart-rate data. Visible’s all-day pacing features need its own band.
Is Juno a treatment for fibromyalgia?
No. Juno helps you keep track of symptoms and patterns and prepare for appointments. It doesn’t diagnose or treat fibromyalgia, and it works alongside your clinician.
